If you can’t find what you need on InfoTech, there is a helpline service available with two payment options.

The general helpline number can be called from a local number. Calls are charged at 2 euros per minute up to a maximum of 40 euros. Before being connected to the call centre, you will be asked to verify a credit card for payment.

If you are a regular user of the Trade Club technical helpline, you may choose to subscribe to the super-user subscriber package for 400 euros per year, plus a call rate of 75 cents per minute.

To subscribe simply dial 0207 133 0035 and key 2 to purchase the package.

Once successfully registered you will be issued a subscription number. To access the helpline dial 0207 133 0035 and key 1. You will be asked to enter your subscription number before being connected to the call centre.
