Power Maxed Racing confirm their 2018 BTCC Team! - 1/24/2018 4:45:43 PM
Power Maxed Racing have announced their 2018 British Touring Car Championships team. Earlier this week Josh Cook signed to compete in the PMR team for the 2018 BTCC season. He will race alongside last year’s Jack Sears Trophy winner, Senna Proctor, who confirmed that he would stay with PMR for this season.
Josh Cook commented, "I'm so happy to be returning home to PMR. Cook adds. "They were fantastic in my first season and having watched them closely and visited the premises recently there's no doubt they've managed to improve massively; investment has gone in to all areas and the Astra looks so well built. I'm so excited."
The PMR team are eager for the 2018 season to begin, they have gained a year of useful data for all the circuits from the previous BTCC tournament. Adam Weaver, Team Principal said: “I believe we have secured the most exciting line-up in the Championship with two of the past three Jack Sears Trophy winners and cannot wait for the season to start.”
PMR re-introduced Vauxhall to the BTCC with the European Car of the Year, the Astra, in 2017. Look out for the Vauxhall Astra on the 27th March at the Donington Park Media Day where PMR will uncover their 2018 Vauxhall Astra livery.
